WE OFFER TWO MODES OF EXECUTIVE COACHING
One-on-one executive coaching sessions is the core service of Best Practice, Inc. In an individual setting, we help each driven, courageous executive to better understand where his or her management impulses and behaviors stem from and their actual effect on the people they lead. We show each executive how to integrate and maximize seemingly opposing dimensions of their personalities so that he or she feels more energized, capable, and confident—especially when leading through times of change. Our goal with each executive coaching engagement is to deliver a 10x return on investment. And, we do all this with the firm belief that through each extraordinary leader we nurture and support, we are making a difference not only for that individual and their organization, but for the world.
Our group coaching sessions are essentially individual coaching in a group environment. Group coaching is designed to make our quality executive coaching experience available to companies at an affordable price point and to build a more healthy leadership dynamic within a peer group. We work with small groups of high-potential managers, senior managers, and director-level professionals at a time. Your groups will benefit from the same tools and approaches as in our premium executive coaching, only applied in a group setting.
