I have a question for you...

The practical, ‘outside-in’ processes are frameworks for things like developing teams, aligning efforts across organizations, or leveraging the ‘sweet spot’ between performance, engagement, and innovation.
We also provide more profound, ‘inside-out’ processes like building emotional and conversational intelligence; shifting our beliefs about our role as leaders and the impact we make; or integrating and balancing our various roles in life so that we, and those around us, can thrive.
