Her decades of training and experience, her wide array of tools, plus her uncanny gift to carefully observe human interaction and spot the most relevant behaviors inhibiting growth and leadership enable Sherryl to highly customize the coaching experience.
She has earned two Master Coach certifications—one from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and the other from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has also completed the training requirements for her diploma in Coaching Supervision from the Coaching Supervision Academy in London. A true expert, she gets to meaningful results faster. She has helped develop leaders in organizations such as REI, Costco, Seattle Lighthouse for the Blind, Puget Sound Energy, GE Healthcare, and Apple.
As a dedicated ally and confidant for her clients, Sherryl is known for her direct, honest feedback; deep insightfulness; and a genuine care for her clients’ well-being. She lives on Whidbey Island in Washington’s Puget Sound.

- Sherryl is a resident Whidbey Island, WA, in the Puget Sound, where she lives with her partner; and makes as-frequent-as-possible visits with her children and grandchildren in northern England and beyond.
